3D Graphics and Animations consume ages to design making Developers a victim of "CRUNCH" for which 95% are trapped. Some of them aren't paid for the Overtime work too.

Various Instances of Sexual harassment and Disparity in existing workforce and hiring process create an insecure environment for women to work.
