How CPR works ?

                            😆  I was at a restaurant with my wife when a waitress suddenly screamed, "Does anyone know CPR??"I shouted, "Even better, I know the whole alphabet!"
                             😅 Why did the pig have a heart attack? It had too much bacon.

Come Lets find how this ritual of rhythmic chest beats revives the flickering ember of life...
Cardio - pulmonary Resuscitation abbreviated as CPR is a emergency technique used to a person suffering Cardiac Arrest.
Cardiac Arrest is the sudden brake in the Heart...Heart stops beating - pumping blood to organs and hence it can cause death in few minutes.

Hence CPR tries to artificially mimic heart beat by external chest compressions.
Anyone can do a CPR !! So what to do when a person suddenly collapses unconscious with difficulty in breathing ?
        * Open the person's airways ( mouth,nose ) and check for blockage
        * Lay the person on their back
        * Call for help ( Ambulance )
        * Check if the person is breathing
        * If no , then give CPR at the rate of 100 compressions / min and rescue breathing
                ---> 1) Keep one hand on top of the other on the center of the chest.
                       2) Position your shoulders directly above the chest keeping your elbows straight.
                        3) Use your ful body weight to cause a compression of 2 inches ( 5 cm )
                        4) Allow a full recoil of the chest.

😮Though 9 out of 10 people of Cardiac Arrest die before coming to the hospital CPR can increase the chances of survival by 2 to 3 times.
😱 Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest are Different  !
So whether it is CPR or SeePR it can save your life...😥
